WTB Slick Comp City Tire (Black) (29") (2.2")
These are really nice slicks for roller training and road riding. Very smooth! They are soft on the sidewalls and tend to give on hard corners, but not very much. It is expected in 'balloon' style tires. Very smooth to ride with these tires on for streets and even some light trails. Hard center with water sipes and more sipes/softer compound on shoulders with a definite groove between the 2 as shown in the tread closeup. Expect these tires to last!
Installed on Marin 29'er mountain bike.

WTB Slick Comp City Tire (Black) (29") (2.2")
I like these tires; they are fairly lightweight and nice and smooth and fat. However, they wear out quickly. I bike 5 miles a day and it seems like it was only a few months and the threads were starting to show on my rear tire. Also, I had one tire split along one of the divisions between raised tread when it was fairly new; although I may have contributed to the failure by running very low pressure and going up and down sloped curbs.
