Cannondale Synapse Seatpost Wedge Kit
Not received order even after 1 month. Customer care not responding any more. Amazed by your callous attitude. Kindly refund me in full. This has been a bad experience.
Another 18 days and without my consent, my choice of a replacement (as against refund) of the lost good (which I was told gets retrieved in 95% cases) , I am told that my amount has been refunded. No explanation, no apology.
My card was blocked by the issuing company after this particular transaction, taking it to be fraudulent.
Professionalism and etiquette are not your strong points clearly
