The ideal tight for most of your winter riding, the Castelli Velocissimo 5 is focused on comfort for riding in mild to cool conditions. Castelli used their Thermoflex fabric for most of the tight. It's not their warmest fabric, nor does it repel water like Nano Flex, but it is the softest, stretchiest winter tight fabric. The comfort is immediate and lasting. For the lower leg from just below the knee, it switches to Nano Flex fleeced stretch-woven fabric that's both warm and highly water repellent for protection against spray coming off wet roads. It's also highly stretchy and has a raw edge so Castelli can construct the ankles without zippers while making sure the tight remains easy to put on and take off. The Kiss Air2 seat pad and mesh bibs keep your bum and upper body happy, while large reflective detailing keeps you visible.

Castelli Sizing: Many Castelli products are designed with a European race-fit. It is not uncommon to size up one or two sizes for the right fit.

Note: All measurements are provided by the manufacturer and may vary depending on how measurements are acquired. Castelli instructs that for best results measurements be taken over underwear. Castelli recommends sizing up if measurements fall between sizes for a better fit.
