Cygolite Hotrod USB 50 Rechargeable Tail Light (Black)
Super bright and love the recharging. I use the fast blink and it's quite visible over windy hilly roads (according to my wife who often drives past me).

Cygolite Hotrod USB 50 Rechargeable Tail Light (Black)
I love the small, easy to attach/remove feature of this light. I carry an under saddle pouch and wanted something that attaches to my seat stay, which this does. Easy to recharge using USB (like everything else these days). The construction is very good (I have no complaints regarding this), and appears to be water tight (this will be tested this winter).
Why 4 Stars? When you first enable the light, it turns on at its very brightest setting, which is very bright by the way, and if you're not careful of where it's pointing, it's blinding, especially in the early morning hours. The strobe setting is only in the brightest settings and seems like it may induce a seizure for those behind you, but the strobe feature is not on the dimmer settings, which is what I would like to have it on (mainly just to get attention and increase the battery life). It only needs to be bright enough to get attention during the day, and quite frankly, doesn't need to be very bright at night.
To improve this light? 1) when first enabled, have it come on at its lowest setting, then increase it to the desired setting. 2) Have the strobe in all settings, not just the brightest.
