Delta Elasto Cargo Net for Bike Mounted Racks (Grey/Red)
This is almost the perfect size and elasticity to fasten down gear on the rear rack between panniers but the plastic hook fasteners aren't durable - will break. The hooks on these look a bit beefier than my older version though.
