These aluminum derailleur pulleys spin on Kogel's grade 3, Abec 5 hybrid ceramic bearings with Cross grade seals. Road seals are for the absolute maximum efficiency in reducing friction but are not recommended for riding in weather or high-wear and tear environments. Cross Seals are offered for more bearing protection and longevity at a minimal friction cost.
