KOM Cycling Garmin Varia Seatpost Mount Description:
The KOM Cycling Garmin Varia seatpost mount provides a secure mount for your Garmin Varia RTL510, Garmin Varia RTL515, or any other rear-facing device that uses the Garmin quarter-turn system. It uses the ATOP dial system and easily adapts to a variety of seatpost diameters and geometries. The ATOP system allows you to quickly and easily swap between bikes so you won't need multiple Varia mounts any longer and its rubber adapter pad provides a soft interface that won't scratch or wear on your carbon or aluminum seatpost. The lacing system lets you ride with confidence, knowing that your light is securely dialed in place.

KOM Cycling Garmin Varia Seatpost Mount (Black)
DOES NOT WORK ON D SHAPED SEAT POSTS AS CLAIMED!
Once mounted on a D shaped post it slips off to one side if even slightly bumped, then it just falls down and dangles around the seat post. I don't think this company did any actual testing on D shaped posts. If they did they would see this fault immediately as it 'pops' off the flat section and falls down.
Does seem like it will work great on both round posts and thin aero posts.
P.S. I just saw on KOM website that they offer an D shaped adapter for these posts. BUT YOU MUST PAY FOR IT!!! No where in their description does it say you have to purchase the adaptor separately. What a rip-off.
July 6 2023: Just received the "adaptor" and its just a piece of flimsy foam that doesn't even work! In fact it is worse than the one that comes with the original mount. If you have a D shaped seat post DO NOT BUY THIS.
