Park Tool PFP-8 Home Mechanic Floor Pump (Blue/Black)
Bought this to replace my years-old Blackburn Piston 1 pump which had developed a leak in its gauge. I bought the Park Tool PFP-8 instead of the Blackburn replacement because I thought it would be better quality and it was only a little more money. The pump seems ok, but the head is useless. I could not get it to fit over the smooth stems on some of my tubes. It would fit on the threaded stems, but then it leaked so badly I could not fill the tire. I fixed it by taking the head off my old Blackburn pump and installing it in place of the Park Tool head. Now the pump works great, just like my old Blackburn. If you are looking for a pump in this price range, I would say just buy the Blackburn Piston 1 and save yourself some trouble.
