Pearl Izumi Attack Bib Shorts (Navy) (2XL)
Just did first ride with this. I just "assumed" that this had standard features without reading it. After all, I generally expect high quality from PI. I didn't read the description so buying this is my fault, but I'm surprised PI would release something with pour quality. No outer stitching or paneling.

Pearl Izumi Attack Bib Shorts (Navy) (M)
Why has Pearl Izumi gotten so cheap with their products? The stitching and lack of quality materials is externally disappointing. I've been riding with these bibs for five months now and the material is already beginning to break down and get stretched out. Both shoulder straps have permanent twists in them and the silicone grippers in the legs don't grip so well causing the legs to ride high while peddling (not a good look or feel if your 6 feet or taller unless you dig the 70's gym short look!). Lastly, The chamois is starting to compress and get uncomfortable on long rides. And yes I follow the manufactures washing instructions and recommendations.

I've always been a huge fan of Pearl Izumi and have owned many of their products, NO MORE.

Measurement Guide:

  1. Chest- Measure circumference around fullest part, across bust points, keeping the tape horizontal
  2. Waist- Measure circumference around the narrowest part (typically the small of the back where the body bends to the side), keeping tape horizontal
  3. Hips- Measure circumference around fullest part of hips keeping the tape measure horizontal

Measurement Guide Notes:

  • Use the chart to determine size
  • If measurements are between two sizes, sizing down will provide a tighter fit while sizing up will provide a looser fit
  • If the measurements for the chest and waist correspond to two different suggested sizes, choose the size indicated by the chest measurement
  • If measurements for hips and waist correspond to two different suggested sizes, choose the size indicated by the hip measurement
