Shimano SLX M675-GS 10-Speed Medium Cage Shadow Plus Rear Derailleur
Being an SLX, its as little heavy, but I'm excited that the "clutch" system (shimano's "plus" or sram's "type 2") has trickled down to this level. The derailleur is very burly and shifts pretty darn well.
