Specialized Levo/Kenevo Battery-Motor Cable (Black) (220mm)
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Agree with other reviewer, this product will NOT work on Series 2 (2019-2021) Levos, and it should be correctly labeled here. There is one fewer pin in the connector. Correct part number for Series 2 is S196800003, which is labeled here as “no longer available online”. As an aside, I belatedly realized Specialized lists all the part numbers in the manual.
UPDATE: It turns out that even though the photo and the part number are correct (it's an updated part number for the original), and the part number on the bag I received is correct, the part inside was the wrong part. Chris and Kim at Performance tracked this down using my photos and realized their entire inventory had the same problem - right numbers, wrong part. They got their inventory corrected, and I reordered. Will provide a second update when I get the replacement part. Great service!
UPDATE 2: I received the new cable from the updated inventory and it is now the correct part, and works properly. Updated review to five stars.

Specialized Levo/Kenevo Battery-Motor Cable (Black) (220mm)
Performance should identify this product by compatible years it will work on. Bought this for my '19, installed it and bike would not power on. Brough to bike shop and they tried a new cable with proper year and bike turned on.
