Specialized SL Range-Extender Battery (Black)

The extra battery boosted my capacity by 50%, more than the reported 30%, the bike electronics seamlessly gave me combined total storage left, and the extra "electrons" were vital on my last big bike ride. It is a bit heavier than I thought it would be, but it was not an obstacle. I highly recommend if your ride is extra long or has big climbs.

Specialized SL Range-Extender Battery (Black)

Not stoked with my customer service experience. I ordered the incorrect cable which was my fault, however in my defense there was only a mtb cable and road cable description. I paid shipping when I ordered, paid to ship the cable back and paid to have the correct cable shipped to me. Most companies at least offer free returns. I called the customer service rep and asked if I could get a discount on one of the 3 shipping and he said no. Not likely I will order from Performance Bicycle again since most companies cover shipping when spending this much money.

Specialized SL Range-Extender Battery (Black)

Actually haven’t received my package yet so it’s kind of hard to write a review. Supposedly was shipped on June 22 and evidently has been lost. Contacted USPS and they’re supposedly trying to track it down. Any help from Performance would sincerely be appreciated. An investment of 350 dollars that I haven’t got to use yet!!
