This stem is perfectly fine. Strong, light enough and inexpensive. The previous reviewer must have never heard of torx bits. How can you blame the product when you don’t have the right tools? The point is mute anyway because if you take the time to open the packaging all the way, Zipp includes a free torx wrench.

Don't get this stem. I've gone through every tool in my shop and I can't find a hex head that fits. You want a standard 4mm on parts in case you have a problem on the road. Good luck finding whatever hex size this thing takes.
