The seat is great. It looks great and flexes like a padded seat without any bulk to get in the way. I traded it with the giant contact saddle that came with my bike. Even though the giant seat wasn’t bad, I could feel a difference right away. After reading on Brooks fan pages, (seriously) some people got discount Brooks saddles which were cheap Amazon or eBay fakes. This one was discounted but came fully packaged in the Brooks box with warranty and documentation. I know this is a genuine Brooks, even at a substantial discount to MSRP. It is clearly well made and finished perfectly.

This Brooks saddle was advertised as "no break in period". You just got to laugh when you hear that--but wait it's true!! I put this saddle on and took a 45 mile ride and was fine. Truly comfortable right out of the box with good support.
Kind of on the expensive side, but instant fit: you can't beat that. My riding friend inspired me to purchase this as his similar Brooks is about 8 years old and still has plenty of life to go. It's worth it.
